A graduate of The Royal College of Art (2004), and Glasgow School of Art (2000), Hannah works from her studio on the coast in North Berwick, East Lothian, making jewellery to commission and for exhibitions. Hannah’s jewellery collections portray a sense of home and belonging, which for her, as a child of Cornwall and resident of East Lothian always comes back to the coast. Unique and iconic pieces in gold and silver depict coastlines and landscapes near and far, that curve and flow with minute intricacy. Inspirations gathered from maps, cityscapes, coastal borders, and textures from the coastline influence the textures and profiles in her work. Much of Hannah’s current work is personalised to the customers specification, immortalising their own special place in an individually tailored memento. The skills Hannah employs in making her jewellery are rooted in traditional fabrication techniques and quality workmanship, focusing specifically on intricate hand-piercing and cut-outs. The end result is a stunningly beautiful piece of jewellery - heirloom worthy - that with proper care, can be passed on through the family as time goes on.She now sells through galleries and shops across the UK and the USA, and online thorough several web outlets.
