Fife Contemporary are pleased to announce the Opening Events Programme for Hag: Knowledge, Power & Alchemy Through Craft on Saturday 8 March at Dunfermline Carnegie Library & Galleries.
The Hag. exhibition will launch on International Women’s Day, Saturday 8th March 2025, with a packed day of events, including a Venus in Clay Workshop with Ruth Elizabeth Jones and Hag Conversations: Live! – a discussion between Zoe Venditozzi from the Witches of Scotland campaign group and with Hag. curator Kate Pickering, followed by a panel discussion with exhibiting artists Carol Sinclair and Susie Redman. Finally, we are inviting guests to join us for the Exhibition Opening Private View to conclude the opening celebrations.

Hag Conversations Live!
Two fantastic discussions; Zoe Venditozzi from the Witches of Scotland campaign group and podcast, in conversation with Hag. Curator Kate Pickering, followed by a panel discussion with exhibiting artists Carol Sinclair and Susie Redman. The event will conclude with a reading by Actor and Writer Sarah MacGillivray.
