2025 marks the 28th year of Potfest in Scotland and the 13th year at Scone – the historic home of the Stone of Destiny.
Under large marquees spread across the Palace lawns, visitors can meet 90 studio ceramic artists participating in the event. Guests are encouraged to wander through Scone’s grounds, gardens, and pinetum. They can engage with the makers, learn what fuels their passion for clay, and purchase pieces directly. The event offers an opportunity to enjoy a full day immersed in a celebration of ceramics in a uniquely Scottish setting.
Otters’ Competition
At each Potfest show, participating potters are invited to submit a piece of work responding to a specific theme.
