You’ll be guided through a short meditation and visualisation exercise to help you ground yourself and access creative inspiration, before creating a series of colourful patterned sheets.
Clementine will then lead you through various creative prompts and collage techniques to help you compose some playful collages.
You’ll leave with a collection of collages and a feeling of relaxation, plus the skills to continue this mindful practice at home.
There will be plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits to help fuel your mindful making.
