Open Call for Studio Applications

Applications are invited from artists working within contemporary sculpture practice, for 2 studios at ESW – you can apply for a solo or shared studio.

Studios are based within our main building at Hawthornvale, with access to all the facilities on-site. All of our studios are subsidised with the intention of keeping them as affordable as possible.

Studio costs:

Rent: Solo studio: £159 per month,

Shared studio: £112 per month,

PLUS Monthly Membership fee: £5 (£4 Concession / Graduate rate)

[All studio holders also pay a one-off Deposit £99, paid at start of Licence and reimbursed at end of Licence once all conditions have been met. ]

Workshop sessions are included in your studio rent, and additional charges apply for all equipment with a running cost: machine use in the Wood and Metal workshops, kiln firings, metal casting, printing and photocopying.
