Applications are now open for galleries, artist collectives, and selected individual artists to exhibit at the 2025 Edinburgh Art Fair, taking place from Friday, September 19th to Sunday, September 21st.
Celebrating 20 Years of ‘Art for Everyone!’
Since its establishment in 2005, the Edinburgh Art Fair has become Scotland’s premier art fair, renowned for featuring local and international galleries and artists in one of the world's most vibrant cultural capitals. As Scotland’s International Art Fair, it offers a platform for U.K. and global exhibitors specializing in contemporary art and design to connect with the Scottish market and attract new collectors.
The event showcases high-quality original works in painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, ceramics, glassware, and design wares to a loyal customer base of collectors as well as first-time buyers. With its ethos that art is for everyone, the Edinburgh Art Fair is dedicated to bringing diverse art forms from around the world to Scotland’s capital, ensuring that art lovers from all walks of life have the opportunity to view and purchase unique pieces.
Stand Costs
- Stand price: £240 + VAT per square metre.
- Outside walls: £120 + VAT per running metre.

- White-painted 10ft (3.3m) high plyboard panel walls.
- 1 LED spotlight per three square metres of stand area.
- Gallery name and stand number signage.
- 24-hour security throughout the event.

EAF2025 Dates
- Thursday, September 18th: Private View & Drinks Reception, 6:30–9:30 PM.
- Friday, September 19th: Public Opening, 11 AM–6 PM (followed by an Exhibitor Party).
- Saturday, September 20th: Public Opening, 11 AM–6 PM.
- Sunday, September 21st: Public Opening, 11 AM–4 PM.
