Culture for Climate Scotland invites audiences to a special Green Tease event inspired by Ash Rise
Closing date: 7 May 2025
Join Culture for Climate Scotland for a special Green Tease event inspired by Ash Rise, an exhibition celebrating Scotland’s ash trees and raising awareness of the devastating impact of ash dieback.
We’ll explore how the arts can help communicate the cultural importance of our changing landscapes through a panel discussion chaired by Mark Stephen (BBC Scotland), with speakers including:
-
Tom Addy – Furniture maker & Ash Rise project director
-
Ros Wardman – Forest Industries Advisor, Scottish Forestry
-
Mark Councill – Director, Logie Timber
There’ll be time for audience questions and a chance to share your own ideas on connecting culture and forestry.
